One in a Year Group show on Artsy

My painting Visitors, is included in an online show through The Painting Center Gallery in NYC. Artsy is hosting the online exhibition, I will include a link below. It has some really great contemporary paintings, I am really glad to be a part of it. I know you’re supposed to say that about group shows but some seriously good painting so I highly recommend you take some time and check it out. There is so much amazing contemporary, figurative, painterly, beautiful and interesting art being made currently, it is exciting.

Chronogram Magazine February 2021

My painting Marshall Portrait, was featured on the cover of Chronogram magazine along with a write-up about my current paintings. It was really cool to be a part of it and walking in to see copies in businesses all over Hudson Valley was great. The images looked perfect and the write up was clear and complimentary. It’s always cool to read people’s reactions and having a professional writer use language with skill is impressive to me. Writing and speaking are not my forte, obviously I prefer images, so to have clear, concise words is an artform to me. Hopefully, I can post the article directly on my page.

New Folk at The Samuel Dorsky Museum

I am part of the New Folk Exhibition at the Dorsky Museum at SUNY New Paltz, NY. Follow the above link for information. It just opened Saturday September 12 and is open for the month. You can see the show in person, they have limited access though.
